Synthetic oil delivers superior thermal stability and protection in extreme conditions, while mineral oil remains suitable for older engines and less severe duty cycles.

The first number followed by W describes cold-start behaviour, the second the viscosity at operating temperature. 15W-40 suits hot climates and heavy-duty diesel engines.

The interval depends on the OEM, the oil type and operating conditions. In dusty, mining or construction environments, intervals should be shortened and monitored through oil analysis.

For equipment under heavy loads and dust exposure, a lithium complex grease with high water and extreme-pressure resistance is recommended.

It is not recommended. Mixing formulations degrades the additive package and reduces protection. Use a single reference suited to your engine.
